Gregory A. (Greg) Gentry

Some of Mr. Gentry's professional designations include Certified Estate Planner (CEP) and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC).  These designations required extensive study, passing comprehensive exams in taxation, investments, insurance, estate, trust and retirement planning, as well as annual continuing education.  Greg is also a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, member FINRA/ SIPC, and an Independent Licensed Insurance Representative specializing in estate planning products.  Mr. Gentry attended Ohio University and completed the College of Financial Planners Advanced Estate Planning and Trust course.  

Mr. Gentry entered the Financial Services field in 1981 and in 1989 became a National Sales Director of a large National Financial Services Company.  In 1992  Mr. Gentry and a partner formed the well known firm First City Estate Planning, Inc., that concentrated on estate preservation which served all of Ohio and West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania.  In early 2002, Mr. Gentry dissolved his ownership interest in First City Estate Planning Inc. to form a more personal family estate planning practice, Gregory Gentry & Associates, LLC.

Amy M. Gentry

Amy Gentry came to Gregory Gentry & Associates, LLC from the banking industry and serves as the firm's business manager.  Amy attended West Virginia University at Parkersburg, WV and W.S.C.C.  Amy is an Independent Licensed Insurance Representative and specializes in long-term care insurance.  

Stacey Merrill

Stacey Merrill is an  Independent Licensed Insurance Representative that specializes in life, accident and health insurance, long-term care (nursing home insurance) and annuities. Stacey is also a Registered Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, member FINRA/ SIPC.  Stacey is the firm's Client Services Manager and has an extensive background in personnel management and client relations.  Stacey obtained her insurance license through Hondros College and attended West Virginia University at Parkersburg, WV and W.S.C.C., where she studied Business Management and Accounting.
