James (Jim) Norcia

With over 30 years experience,  Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table for his clients.  Jim has been the  President of Vision Financial Services, Inc. since 1992 and is a consulting partner with Gregory Gentry & Associates, LLC.   He is a specialist on subjects that challenge seniors today, including preserving assets from the expense of medical and nursing home care, Medicare plan options, reducing taxes on Social Security income, and increasing income during retirement.   He has a loan originator license and consults with seniors who are considering reverse mortgages.    Jim also has a very extensive background in managing estates through wills and trusts and has been the guest speaker at countless estate planning seminars.  Above all,  Jim's clients enjoy the personal relationships he develops.  Jim was an active pilot for over 20 years and as a result has clients nationwide.  Jim and his wife Daria reside in Columbus, Ohio.
